Vincent really went the extra mile.
He assisted in finding the perfect TM Lewin suit for my friend.
He took measurements to make sure the correct size suit is found.
The correct size was not on the floor and he phoned other branches to find out if they had stock, but then still went to the store room in search of the correct size and also found it.
He then suggested suitable shirts and tie and even assisted with the measurement of the tailoring.
He even insisted on carrying the bag to the door.
He really makes you feel like a VIP customer.
