We went to buy jeans for my friend. We came into the store seeing the stoneharbour brand and advertizing material that it was R109, 95 per pair if you should buy two pairs. We battled to fnd the size 48 that he was looking for. We went to the POS and requested assistance from the cashier. She took he jean and came back with the same size as requested. On scanning the first pair, we said that she needs to ensure that the promotional price is showing. She said that this is not part of the promotion an she will call the manager. The manager came, wasn't interested in listening - he just stuck to the very annoying line - " it is part of the up-size shelve and thus not part of the promotion." Not listening that it is nowhere stated, or didn't we found the jean in any other than the shelve than the normal size shelves. We have taken pictures of the promotional material and slip. This is unacceptable as so only smaller size customers qualify for special promotions? REthinking our support to the shop. Discriminaton now has a new name - EDGARS we only let smaller size take part in promotions.
