What seems to be the problem? I found a bra in my size. When I wanted to pay for the item I was shocked to find out that it was not available despite no label that said damaged and despite the price tag that said New Edgars Price. I was willing to take the item as it was not damaged, but dirty, because it was white and the price was very low. The sales lady refused to let me take it. I asked why on the rail if not for sale? She said they will not know it is on the rail if I didn't bring it to them. I asked to see the manager. She went away for 2min and said he is busy. I asked to see another superior and she replied they are busy too. I replied that I really need the item and there was not another one on the rail to buy. She took it and replied that she can't help me. I was very disappointed because I needed the item for a function. I was polite but not satisfied with the service at all.
