Went to Edgars in Bellville- Voortrekker Road saw many sale boards and went to the items. Came across bags which had the sale tag asked the sales Lady is this the price and she said it should be because the Sale boards are up. i asked her to call the Manager which she did. The Manager was very busy. i eventually went to her (the Manager) myself as i was waiting for 10 minutes already. I explained to the Manager that it is not the Customers fault that the pricing of the Sale boards were wrong and that it would only be right to sell the item to the Customer for the price that is shown. The Manager rather replies to me by saying thank you for informing her and that she will find out who is responsible but i cannot get the item for the price that the sale board shows because it might be a customer that moved the bags to that shelf. i then told her to call her staff because the sales lady told me that the Sale board was there all the time. i then told the Manager that i will lay a Complaint and she politely told me to go ahead and lay your Complaint. Disgusting Management behaviour. i am so disappointed in Edgars that i would actually like to close my account immediately
