On the 01/11/2013 we called the account dep for jet stores to request for the incresae on the account that we have with the but to our suprise we were given the run around time until we were told that no the system did that automatically. When we went to chris hani few months ago we were told that we cannot do that because the account is lesser than a year and we can only do that in October and the increase we wanted was R1500.00 not R500.00 and we had plan with the amount that we asked to be increased for us. Who does that really why we were not told when we went to chris hani that do not worry to come in October the system will do it automaticallt none of that were comunicated to us, that is bad business am telling. All we need to do is pay the amount that we are owing on the account and close it because were treated badly as jet customers.
