Bought ring on the 5th of December. Sent the ring in for re-sizing, and when we got the ring back it was re-sized too small. I was told I would get the ring back on Friday the 13th of December. I was not contacted at all, and I got ahold of management. Only a week later I received the ring. When I received the ring the resizing was correct but the joining of the ring was not done properly, and a crack was starting to form where they re-sized it. I then went back to the NWJ branch, I was told that I could only bring it back after Christmas. When I did do so, I was told I could only bring it after new years. With this being said, I have been messed around numerous times by your managers and staff. When I did bring the ring back on the 2nd of January I could not be helped as only skeleton staff were working. I finally took the ring back on the 19th of January, and I was told I could have it back on Friday the 24th of January. It is now Sunday the 26th and nobody has gotten ahold of me. This is completely embarrassing as this was a 21st birthday gift. I have spent money, and NWJ are not capable of keeping their promises as no matter who I speak to (head office or the NWJ).
