NO IDEA OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

They have NO IDEA of customer service and don't care! My two orders, I was to supply my own fabric for each, which really they should be used to dealing with all the time! To get them to grips with this in the beginning was trying enough but I thought we had got there! To cut a long frustrating story short, a week before my order was supposed to arrive (4-6 week turnaround and they only figure this out now) my two items were with two separate suppliers, the fabrics got mixed up, both suppliers had cut into so they then had to re-order my fabric (thank goodness it hadn't been discontinued) and now my order will be about 6 weeks overdue, if I am lucky! The most frustrating part is their blatant lack of customer service! This should never have happened in the first place, had Leon done what a sales person should do and follow through! After beating my head again a wall trying to get Leon from the store to actually keep me updated instead of me chasing him, I phoned head office and the lady there seemed very sympathetic at the time but has never phoned me back and followed up either! I buy LOT of furniture - dont waste your time in this store, there are plenty of other options in SA
