Chicken Licken
Forced to buy two rolls and forced to speak Sotho

Today I bought a SoulSister meal and one roll. When I got my slip, I realised I had been charged for two rolls. When I asked I was rudely told that CL only sells rolls in pairs now, something I had not been advised before my order was processed. When I politely asked that the cashier cancels the rolls, she reluctantly cancelled it, while mumbling something to herself. I waited for my order and when my order was not forthcoming I enquired from the cashier, she rudely said " I gave you your food". To my realisation she had put my oder on the counter without saying a word, when all along numbers were being called out. When I complained, she said to the other employee that I was impossible. Throughout this experience she insisted on speaking Sotho, which I don't understand, while I spoke English. I took their customer care number and called Jackie, who informed me that they no longer sell single rolls, because the majority of their customers buy more that one roll, hence they can't cater for the minority like myself. There is nothing they can do about it. This is the last time I ever buy from Chicken Licken.
