My name is G.R, on 27/11/13 at 07:24 I came into your shop to place a bet for 2 teams and I paid R50, I was helped by a cashier who seemed to me as a trainee because she was taking orders from another senior cashier whom I know now for a while, they all did not have any name berges on them to be easily identified. I spent close to 10 minutes for my ticket to be printed.before I left the counter I realized that the odds on that ticket were not worth the R50 that I had just paid so I then asked the cashier to please cancel it so that I can play again that's when all broke loose from the senior cashier, she did not give me a chance to explain myself, she was shouting at me at the top of her voice, everyone in the shop were alerted by her shouting, my ticket was iventually cancelled, after spending R50 I felt belittled and humilliated in front of everone.
