I bought a lounge suite in February 2013 by Joshua Doore in Somerset west. two out of the tree couches are busy tearing. i have called them 5 weeks ago to repair the couches first they say they will pick it up a week before Christmas the next they say the factory is gonna close for a week so i left it for that week and a half . i then have called again two weeks ago they said they going to come and collect and they still have not COLLECTED MY LOUNGE SUITE, I HAVE CALLED THEM 3 TIME IN THESE TWO WEEKS. and I mean a lounge suite is supposed to last you a couple of years not 11 months. I also told them that i do not have a back up lounge suite so can THEY loan me one in the mean time? they said they can't. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I AM PAYING A LOT OF MONEY FOR THE LOUNGE SUITE AND THIS IS THE SERVICE I GET.
