About 3 weeks ago my husband went to the Gadget shop Rustenburg (Waterfall mall). He was amazed to see that the iRig Amplitube Guitar Interface Adapter for iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad price was R265! He asked the Manager (Jaco) about the price and they started talking about the price saying this is a BIG bargain seeing that the price is actually R699. During the weekend we went to the shop again, my husband showed me the iRig product which he wants for his birthday - STILL the price was R265.. Yesterday (2013/11/05 at about 15:45) i went to buy the product, when scanning the price the employee (blond young man) said the price cant be right and they phoned Jaco (the manager which my husband discussed the price with), on the phone he said they can't sell me the product on that price. I explained that we did even talked to Jaco regarding this price and the employee's exact word was; "if this was the case we would have correct the price allong time ago.." Long story short, they ripped off the "R265" barcode and I walked out WITHOUT my husbands gift. i can understand if this was the price only for a while, but we discussed this with the manager, but now, when purchasing the can't sell it..
