3 years ago I bought lounge suite from House and |home what they told me it was genuire leather but in six month it got damaged and i reported. They came to my place checked and promised to come back and collect the lounge suite. I kept on phoning and going to the store to ask them to fix the matter and they asked for pictures of the lounge what it was sent to them 5 times.
They came to collect the lounge suite 3 years later. They called me to say it was repaired with polish.
But I cant take fake leather for the price of genuine leather. At the begening they told me it upper genuine leather but nos as they have repaire with polish it will keep on fading. But i know they excahged for other customers they complained for the same matter. Please help me.
