Had to work on laptop with 3g card over weekend, but couldn't, and after trying almost everything to 'get it to connect'... because my laptop is less than 6 months old with trepidation I went to Incredible Connection for assistance. It was the best 1/2 hour I have spent with a service provider. Brenton solved the problem... with a smile, and the rest of the service team - Andre and Peter were just as helpful with their clients! Fabulous work ethic portrayed by the whole Service dept team. Compliments.
