Was having some trouble with my Dell laptop (purchased in April 2013), struggled all weekend to sort out the issues myself but had no luck. Took it into Incredible Connection at 10-30 this morning, they had a quick look and asked if I could leave it with them to locate the problem. Thought I'd be without my laptop for a while and had resigned myself to at least 3 or 4 days without it. Had a call at 1-30pm from John Clinton Symes, problem sorted, no charge!
