This is really becoming ridiculous now. Both the escalators and the elevator in your Adderley Street branch in CT has been out of order for more than a year now! -- if not two years! THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN IN CAVENDISH OR CANAL WALK OR WATERFRONT OR, OR, OR SO WHY THIS BRANCH? It clearly smacks of disrespect and disregard for your customers! I must really be desperate before I will visit this store.
