My vehicles passenger window was broken last night in a smash and grab. Reported the incident this morning to Santam and spoke to the operator with the name of Ricardo. He arranged that a company with the name of Glass Doctor come out to my business to replace the window. This company also did not charge me any access money and gave me a saving of R350. Thank you Ricardo for great service and advice. Glass Doctor came out and replaced the window today within 15m. Glass Doctor will also send out someone tomorrow to replace the smash and crab that was on the window. This is service with a BIG SMILE.
