Service time extended unnecessary

I sent one of badly designed product of verimark as the side clip of my vaccum cleaner (VC) was broken. I was promised to get the repaired product on the following week Monday. Some one send me a message stipulating price for repair about50%Of the cost of New as refurbishment cost. Following day a gentleman called and said he wants to change the motor and all and if I do not change the motor the Labour cost will still be the same to change the clip. So I was forced to change the motor as clip was for R50and labour cost was R310.Obviously these people are ripping off the customer. After I gave them Go ahead they said it will be ready for collection on Monday. Next week got a call saying that my VC is ready for collection it was on Wednesday instead on Monday. Once I got to the store they showed me the VC I noticed every thing was changed but the clip was not there which is way I took it for service. It has been 3weeks now no one bother to call me to update me about the progress and people attitude (simphiwe) is really bad they try to bluff the client by telling the stories that they are waiting for spares from Germany in mean time the service centre says the product is read. Please help
