Service with no feedback

I was a victim of a smash & grab on Tue (27/08). Outsurance referred me to PG Glass in Centurion on Wed28/08 morning. On collection the passenger front door was not locking & the window switch on the passenger side only closed the window & driver window switch for the passenger side only opened it. The guy that deals with the claims says that pink plastic clip needs to be replaced on the door & gave some story about the computer box not registering the window & that's why I was experiencing the issues with the electric windows. I dropped of the vehicle on Thurs29/08 for them to replace the clips. The door was sorted out but not the windows. On Wed 04/09 afternoon the passenger door refused to lock. On Thursday 05/09 morning my husband popped by PG glass. He was then told that cable ties were used as temporary fix and they were waiting for the pink clips to arrive at Hyundai. When was I supposed to have been informed for this? Were they just expecting me to going on, hoping that the cable ties will hold? I have left a message with Ernest Steynburg this morning @8h30 for Dirk Reyneke to call me. I called again @2.15 I'm still waiting. My car is open in a public parking lot.
