Pre ordered game. no delivery

I pre ordered Battlefield online. It was supposed to be delivered on the 1st as it a PRE ORDER!!! Its now the 4th. Wilson from illanga mall Nelspruit tried to help me but no response from head office. Dont know why I ordered with CNA as all pre orders from BT games and other suppliers has delivered to my friends.
