My uncle who is a pensioner bought a fridge from Joshua Doore in 2011. The fridge stopped cooling and we reported to Monica on 16/10/2011. The repairman called out the next day and took the fridge away. He brought it back on 21/10 unrepaired. We where told Mastercare will now call out to repair the fridge. Its now 3 weeks later and our fridge is still not working.
