Once again i experience a frustrating bad experience at Pick n Pay Promenade. If you wish to create jobs please train your cashiers on how to use the tills and more so CUSTOMER SERVICE. The attitude received by cashier Andiswa Lofani last night was shocking... sadly this is the reason Mitchell's Plain stores and service get such a bad name. No need for the manager / controller to contact me as i know "You will investigate and improve the level of service" come next time around - same thing. A few weeks ago a till had to be rebooted and I had 2 items and was next in the queue for already 15 minutes and the controller REFUSED i pay at the "cigarette" counter - i had to go queue in another line another half hour to get my good - SICKENING!!! Pick n Pay Promenade make PnP name look BADDDD!!!
