I am writing this complaint on behalf of my Mom. She ordered a book from your online shop on the 20-08-2013 and made a payment via EFT which was faxed through to the fax number provided on the same day. The book title is: Bags and Purses which my father needs for business purposes. The date is now 03-11-2013 and no delivery as yet. My mom paid R561 for a book she still has not received and this was a gift for my dad, his birthday is now long past and the service she has been receiving is absolutely atrocious. She spoke to Eben as well as Paul and they advised that their fax number has been out of order for quite some time, this equaling to over two months. Eben advised that my mom would receive a credit for this amount and had to fax through the payment made via EFT to the following number provided: 0862490031. We logged on again this morning as Eben advised that because of the account being credited with the amount that she unfortunately had to order the book again. Where is the credit people? Order number: 1000199332. I want this order delivered to their doorstep on Tuesday nest week!!!
