We bought an @Home bed on account almost 2 years ago to the day. Almost every morning we wake up in agony with a sore back. We tried putting a memory foam top layer that we purchased from Woolworths and this didn't help.
This eventually got to the point that my fianc? woke up crying from the pain about 2 weekends ago. We went to Willowbridge the next weekend and complained to the gentleman on the floor there, who took my details down to look up the original purchase and get a technician to come and check the bed. In 2 weeks, I have heard nothing back. Its got a 20 year guarantee, single coil mattress, but that is not helping us get a good nights rest.
Does @Home care enough to help? We'll see.
