Hi, I am very upset with the service and attitude given by the Rochester Home Decor. I have a lot typed out, but cannot attach it here. in short I need help to contact some higher authority regarding the matter. Ombudsman or any society that can assist me with getting somewhere with this company. I have had no refund as promised by Darian (Customer relationship manager) he has taken the blame and sent a written apology letter, after that no feedback till today. Wayne (regional manager) has not assisted at all. It has been a month since placed the order, however i have not received the bed nor have i received the refund as requested.the service i have received is appalling and infringes on my consumer rights. Apart from having to incur the frustration as set out above I have also incurred costs in the form of the numerous calls (call reports to prove) which I had to make to the store as well as the cost of fuel to go to the store to constantly follow up on the matter. really need urgent help
