After looking at the recent specials and seeing the bargains available, a friend and myself visited the store during our very short lunch break.i approached the fridge to buy coke that was on special.only to have the fridge door pulled away with me taking out the drink, and being told by the packer that he is busy working and I should hurry up.i explained that I am still busy and I am the customer and he could pack on the other side. He was rude and unapologetic and only after I told him off did he step back.his response was to stand back nd say ok shop.
Upset by this we decided to leave and shop further.getting to the tills and to find 3 or 2 of the tills operating at that time if day.standing in line and finally getting to the cashier and not even being greeted b4 asking if I need a packet.that done and leaving the store was another mission, stand in line to have my bag searched by a man and the things that I purchased. I will think twice b4 going to that branch again.the service was pathetic .a company like game you expect service.
