Poor workmanship

I purchased a three seater lounge set from Joshua Door in 2010 over Hp the legs of the seater started peeling off and the leather started tearing off at the sides sent the sofa for repairs at the workshop twice they took six months and sent not repaired and with more damages been to the store nine times to complain and every time given a different answer and promised to be picked up still awaiting to be picked up for the last two months
