I bought a lounge suit for R14, 000.00 in cash on 16th June 2012. December sometime the sofas started to crack and torn from the stitches. Early January 2013 I filled a complained with Joshua Doore who promised to send someone to have a look at them. Till today I am stilling waiting for them. I am worried because my warranty expires in June 2013. I am not happy at all. I bought almost all my furniture at Joshua Doore now they are doing this to me. I will never ever buy from. They must just repair my lounge suits or give me new one or refund me and they will see me no more. Is it just because I bought them cash so they are not worried any more.
