My phone was in the golden acre store and got a call 2 days later from Walied who was so sorry to hear and blah blah and said some divisional manager would phone me not long after his call. This dude called and was also so sorry to hear and was even more sorry about the manager's lack of concern and the security who just laughed about the situation and said that on Thursday he would be at that store with that manager and would call me. Well guess what??? He NEVER did!!! They customers around! He just pretended to be so sorry and concerned that the manager of that store didn't bother phoning us and he didn't have a care in the world about my loss and the security that just laughed everything off! A manager that tells my mom that they are too busy to give a about a customer's personal belongings! This is what customer service is all about at Ackermans!!! Tanya 021 5101675
