On a visit to one of my retail stores in Vaal Mall, we needed to purchase cleaning material. We completed our purchase at Game. I proceeded in taking a phone call with a customer and leave the store. As I walk past the security staff, still on the phone, she grabs my packet out of my hands. Obviously distracted and shocked I hang on to it. The lady starts getting aggressive. I quickly ended my call and asked the security lady what her problem is. She started arguing with me about me needing to show her the slip of my purchase and that I could not leave the store otherwise.By now I am completely upset that I am being accused of after being attacked! I ask to see the manager. He takes 20 min to come out of his office, and immediately the security guard relates the incident to him incorrectly. He starts being rude, defensive and starts to argue back when I try and tell him what happened. After which, he tells me I need to leave the store. I cannot believe that this is allowed? How can I as a customer be chased out of the store after being attacked? Regardless to say the customer service is disgusting. I will be closing my account with Game! Unbelievable customer service!!!
