Misleading and false description on vouchers

Bought voucher from Daddy's Deals for accommodation at the Cascade Country manor in Paarl.

The offer was for accommodation in a deluxe room but we were accommodated in a classic room.

Room was suppose to have a spa bath but it was just a normal bath.

I wrote to Daddy's deals but had no reply.
