I have bought 2 airtime vouchers yesterday, with no luck. The R200 went off my account and when the OTA call centre EVENTUALLY picked up the phone, Lindiwe was SO busy chatting to her work friends that she struggled to listen to my complaint. When calling again today after nothing happened, I waited FOREVER for someone to pick up the phone and Ester interrupted me while I was explaining my problem, very rude! No luck with the supervisor Pauline either. Seems like they took the money and I have no option but to wait. Apparently they are offline frequently and I just have to wait. This is unacceptable. Please don't use this service, if you can call it that! It's not worth the aggravation! Rather get in your car and drive to the supermarket and buy your airtime. This is the worst worst worst service I have received in a long time!
