I want to register my displeasure with cash converters North gate, i had got a loan against my asset. at some point i had misplaced my signed contract not sure of repayment dates i went back to get a re-print this was issued. when i went to clear my account i was shocked to be told i was past my payment date and the 10 day grace period given to settle the account. i asked the attendant (Gavin) for a reprint and it clearly stated 21/10/13 as the last repayment date. having being a prior customer i was well aware of the 10 day grace period to settle account but this attendant fully refused to acknowledge what his print out had in black and white and i was literally ridiculed and told to pay an amount outside the contract. he further to put insult to injury took down down the 10 day grace period notice from cash converters board, in front of his colleagues (Benny and team) when i tried to reason with him, all my explanations to look at the document that he had just printed were ignored. i don't know whether this kind of treatment or reasoning borders on skin color thinking their superior in thought or just a trick for resources to meet their targets, very disappointing to say.
