Baught a sleeper chouch from house and home oct '12 and about 8 mnths along the line the left side mechanism did not hook properly So I reported it to the store and a guy in the service department phoned and I explained my problem and asking if its possible for a loan chouch in the meantime mine was repeard so the guy said he will make a plan for me for a loan chouch Did not hear frm hm in 2 wks so I phnd hm and asked hm about it and he had all kinds of storie I went in to the store on 9 aug 2013 and spoke to the sales manager explaining that house and home do not do loan items and I said its ok thy must just come and fetch my chouch to be fixed In sept I went to the store again and spoke to Nene in service dept and printed my profile and written down wht the problem ws and said she will phn me the Sat Never phnd like she said so I went into the store again and the sales man who baught it frm said he will hand the complain over to her again on 9 oct she phnd me to knw if they can pick the couch up that Sat and I said I ws out of twn till following tuesday coz of family matter They picked up on 19 oct Am supposed to get my new chouch today and now the truck out of town sick of this
