Bad Service, Attitude, Passing the buck

I bought couches with the store in 2010. a montego all recliner lounge suite for R35000 over six months. in 2012 NOvember one of the couches' recliner lever broke. I reported the matter, the store came to fetch my couch for fixing on the 21st November 2012. Today is 15 February i still havent recieved the couch. I spoke to Nomsa on several times (the person we bought the goods from) with no luck. at some point she couldnt find the couch on the system. She promised to help me for over two months. then came Pieter who said he only took over in January, my couch has been sitting in the store without being registered, he promised to deliver it on Saturday the 09February, Monday the 11th the Story changed to, they couldnt deliver because there was no delivery fee. after countless phone calls to the store which puts you through whether the person is there or not, my couch is being delivered to my house where there is no one at home after my wife waited for them from 08h00 till 16h00 and she had gone by the time they called.
