I purchased a sleeper couch from West gate House and Home on Saturday 31 August 2013 after liaising with the sales lady for the entire week still no delivery which i may add i was charged for so its not done for free, before purchasing the couch we deliberately asked about the delivery and if it is possible obviously i didn't buy the Sleeper couch to make my home look pretty i NEED IT and after a million promises from Kempton park and West-gate branches to ensure delivery on Thursday when i needed it and promises on 2 people getting back to me I still don't have the couch, please can you either not make promises or get rid of staff not knowing what is going on this is unacceptable as the couch cost me R6800.00 in the end and and then you receive the most pathetic service ever. i will not recommend House and home to any person i know.
