I ordered DVD's (Star Wars: Prequel Trilogy) and you keep sending me (now for the FOURTH time) Star Wars: The original Trilogy/ Every time I explain to your Call Centre that the product/bar-code must be incorrect. I even explained how the correct DVD cover looks like. You assured me the last two times that your warehouse/supplier has corrected the mistake.
This is unacceptable. Please look into this and send me the correct DVD Set.
