Nedbank stalls on switching me to a bundled acct

I have tried on more than one occassion to request a bundled package for my current account. I did my own on-line research and found an option for R89 per month. I tried first of all via the call centre, to be told that I have a 'relationship manager' assigned to me, who needs to authorise this. I visited the Rosebank branch, only to be told that the RM's do not work on Saturdays, but not to worry, that the consultant would ensure the RM received the enquiry and get back to me. It never happened. So a few weeks later, when I had the chance to, I went back to the branch, during the week, and waited for half an hour. No-one was available. I called the branch again later that day, was re-directed to the call centre. In fairness - they did their bit, referred the enquiry on to Anusha (spelling?), who then contacted me the next day with a very inflated bundled account option - at R269 per month - which is pointless - because I don't pay that much now for my monthly banking fees. Not sure why I was not give the option I found on-line, and of course, trying to get hold of her again proves pointless. No wonder so many people are moving to Capitec.
