I sent back goods to Home Choice on the 4th of October 2013. Till now I haven't recieved my refund. I keep on being told my query is being attended to. Till now 3 weeks later I have not recieved possitive feedback. The tracking number for my parcells which were returned is PA301523948ZA. I emailed and faxed through the reciept from the post office as requested. This is not acceptable. WShy do I have to wait for so long for my money?
