Goods ordered online not recieved

In early December Toys R us ran an online promotion selling nappies at a discounted price and with an incentive that if orders were placed before the 11.12.2012 the customer would not pay any delivery cost. I made an order for the nappies which cost R720. The order was paid for and I recieved confimation that the order and payment there of were recieved on the 11.12.2012, the email also stated that it would take between 5 and 10 working days for the goods to reach me. On the 2.01.2013 nothing had been delivered to me, so I emailed Toys r Us and they said they were sorry however they were out of stock and would refund me. I declined the refund and said I would like the nappies delivered under the same conditions due to the fact that they had acknowledged reciept of the money and the order and had promised delivery. I was responded to by a certain Earl van Jaarsveld saying their suppliers were closed and that I should wait for at least 2 weeks for delivery. I agreed. It has been 3 weeks since my email conversation with Toys R us and no one has come back to me. I sent an email yesterday enquiring about my order and I have had no response.
