This is the 2nd complaint to home choice but I still have not heard a positive feedback from you. On the 29 April I posted a parcel to Home Choice Cape Town, on the 16th I phoned I spoke to another lady, she said the parcel is still not received. I phoned Post office and they said the parcel was scanned on the 16.05.2013 in Cape Mail.
I phoned post office again today they said the parcel has been in Cape Mail from the 16.05.2013, Home choice need to come and collect. Home Choice please advise what exactly is going on, is the parcel received or not. I want to close that account. This is the tracking number PE719996405ZA
