I am writing with regards to my refund for order #30034524 of 11th September 2013. This was an on-line order and I paid for the goods from Johannesburg. I cancelled this order and the parcel returned through Home Choice driver upon delivery. I cancelled the order because the quality of the goods did not match what I saw on Home Choice on-line catalog. Unfortunately, I have not received a refund since September 2013. I have lodged a complaint at the Consumer Affairs Office, Gauteng but I haven't received my R1186 from Home Choice.
