Why are you not closing my account

I have sent through numerous request for my account to be closed however you are ignoring my requests.

I also requested that you stop emailing me all this rubbish but you are ignoring that request as well.

I hereby take NO responsibility if somebody else uses my account as I have thrown the card in the dustbin
