On The 10th of March when going to pay my account and purchase i realised i did not have my card, i then asked for the consultant to please check when my last purchase was and my outstanding balance only to find out that my card has been used a few times for very large amounts, I then got all the details and filled out a dispute form including certifying the documentation which was required, A lady by the name of Vel and Trade Route assist me with this, she then advised me that with 2-3 weeks they will contact me and resolve all of this, But ever since i have only received threatening calls from Edcorn regarding my account, I have even been listed as a bad/slower payer due to the insufficient notes made on the Edgars system and the dispute forms not being received by the correct department, I do not feel that i should be responsible for Edgards internal issues and i am extremely dissatisfied with the service i am receiving, please can you assist me in resolving this issue Hello peter.
