Bad goods and bad service

Hi am disguested with the service that I have received considering that i have complained about a product of yours. I advised Michelle of your offices on 08617383663 about the incident last week already only to be advised that I will called back latest Monday 27th May regarding fetching the item to have it tested. A week later and I have heard nothing. I called on Monday again to be told the same thing by Michelle that I shall receive a call later that day and I still have not heard anything. I called today and no one is answering the phone. I want to be reimbursed for a product that I cannot use. I advised Michelle that I cannot take it back to the shop that i purchased it from without a receipt. to date I have not been advised what exactly the company is going to do about this bad product and now the bad service on top of it
