We bought a kingsize bed from Gregs Beds in hillfox in 2011 and paid R5200. The right hand side of the mattress has completely caved in. We weren't too worried because their beds come with a 5 year replacement warranty (or so we were told) so we contacted them to get someone to come have a look and replace.
They send some company out who confirm that the entire right side has caved in. I have the delivery note that states this. There are no other comments on the note.
2 days later, they contact us to say sorry the warranty is void because the mattress is stained on the left hand side! I cannot believe this so I go home and check. NO STAINS! Regardless, how could a stain on the left hand side cause the right hand side to cave in? So what now? must I now wait for someone to come and check it AGAIN???
I WANT THIS MATTRESS REPLACED AS PER MY MANUFACTURER WARRANTY.
