Hi, I love shopping at Pick 'n Pay every month and topping up on groceries there as well. The one thing which really irritates me is that the bags tear as soon as I take them out of the car, the groceries falls out and causes damages! My feta cheese bottle damaged and all of the liquid spilled all over the rest of my groceries. The Olive oil bottle luckily just survived without breaking. This really is unacceptable to charge clients for bag guaranteed to tear and cause damages. This is now the second time this has happened and I am considering switching to another retail chain store because of this.
