Noisy shopping

I just had the misfortune to do my monthly shopping today. And what a awful experience it was. The music was absolutely blaring and as if that wasn't bad enough the intercom was so loud that me and my husband could not hear each other and we where standing right next to each other!

When we paid for your groceries, we requested some bag to pack our groceries in. For some reason unknown to me the teller and the packer decide how many bags you may have by packing as many of the heavyset things in one bag. I don't have time to stand and supervise the packers.

We asked for plenty bags and I asked the packer to please not to over pack my bags. But what I want or pay for is not important. My bags was so heavy, when I lifted them to pack it in the car two of them totally broke and I suffered the loss of my glass bottles that was in them.

Not only did I leave for home with a massive headache, but a lot poorer having paid for the packers ignorance.

Maybe its time I look for somewhere ells to do my shopping if Pick 'n Pay isn't going to teach their packers how to pack.

This practice seems to be the norm at Pick 'n Pay.
