Just want to compliment all those involved in making Zando such a wonderful shopping experience! The user-friendly website, amazing selection and brilliant service make shopping a breeze and something I look forward to. I've bought 6 pairs of shoes there in the last couple of months - and have received exactly what I ordered - as promised - no disappointments yet (unless you count someone buying the last pair of shoes I really had my eye on a minute before I could checkout ;-) and will definitely be heading back for more! Keep up the good work!
If I could maybe just make one suggestion - just a small tweak to the system maybe - you should be able to jump to a specific page (once you've set your search criteria) ---- I often find myself getting lost in browsing through all the amazing shoes that when I actually want to add to my cart - I have to reload all the pages when I knew exactly which page it was on - just an idea :-)
