I enjoy shopping at this particular store as it is clean and spacious, there are never long queues and the people are friendly. I however have noticed in the last few months, a drastic decline in the way the packers handle my groceries. I went shopping today and firstly had to return my loaf of bread which had been squashed into the bag with other item, this after having held onto it until the very last for fear of exactly that happening. Then, on arriving home found the bags packed in the most inappropriate way. My ammonia had been packed in the bag with my fruit, not even standing straight up, and had leaked everywhere. No bottles were standing right way up, all bottles were lying sideways in the bags... detergents with meat products... all mixed up! What happened to good old fashioned packing where food went with food, detergents with detergents, tins with tins and bottles with bottles, frozen food stuff together and so on... I had more than enough bags for my groceries, 4 of those large checkers bags in fact, there should have been no need to pack in such a manner... and this by no less than 2 packers! Do I have to go and teach these people to pack... I certainly will! UNACCEPTABLE
