I went to shop at Pick 'n Pay Max City Mahube in Mamelodi and what a terrible experience it was. Firstly, when I entered the store there were no branded trolleys available. Secondly, the stores floors were filthy with cabbage leaves on the floor at the fresh produce section. There were also visible marks of some liquid that spilt on the floor which, no one had bothered to clean. Thirdly, at the till point there were no packers available to pack my groceries. I am a loyal Pick 'n Pay customer and I have not seen a store in such a terrible state.
I am very disappointed with this store and its management, surely this cannot be the way the brand should be represented.
